  It is necessary to combine the building height and viewing distance. If the building height is 20-30 meters and the main viewing crowd is within 50 meters, it is recommended to choose P4-P5. If the height exceeds 30 meters and the viewing distance exceeds 80 meters, P6-P8 is more cost-effective, which can not only ensure picture clarity but also control costs.

• Q2. Are there any load-bearing requirements for the fixed installation of exterior wall LED displays?

  Yes, the builder needs to provide wall load-bearing data in advance. A conventional P5 display weighs about 30-40kg per square meter. Before installation, it must be confirmed that the wall or steel structure bracket can withstand at least 1.2 times the weight of the display to avoid safety hazards.

• Q3. What special properties do LED billboard displays at highway intersections need to have?

  First of all, it needs to meet high brightness (≥6000nits) to ensure long-distance visibility under strong light; secondly, it needs to support all-weather stable operation, with an operating temperature range of - 30℃~70℃, and a structural design with wind resistance level ≥12 to cope with high-speed and complex environments.

• Q4. Should the live LED display in the stadium stands choose single or double color or full color?

  SMD is a mainstream solution, with high cost performance and suitable for spacing of P1.5 or above, but has weak protection. The COB technology has high integration and good heat dissipation performance. It is suitable for ultra-small spacing below P1.0, but the cost will be increased by 40%-50%. If the budget is sufficient and requires long-term stable operation, COB is the preferred one.

• Q5. Will the picture of the outdoor waterproof LED display panel be unclear under direct sunlight?

  Won't. The brightness of TENSHANG's outdoor screens is generally ≥5000nits, and some high-brightness models can reach 8000nits, far exceeding indoor screens (about 300-500nits). They can directly resist direct sunlight and ensure clear images within 50-100 meters.

• Q6. Is the outdoor LED display panel noisy when running? Will it affect surrounding residents or businesses?

  The noise of conventional outdoor screens mainly comes from the cooling fan, and the noise is about 40-55 decibels during normal operation (similar to the outdoor unit of a household air conditioner). If the installation location is close to a residential area, you can choose the "silent cooling model". By optimizing the air duct design to reduce the number of fans, the noise can be controlled below 40 decibels, meeting the nighttime silence requirements.

• Q7. Can a mobile phone or computer directly control the display to play content?

  Can. Today's outdoor screens all support remote control. Through the supporting APP or computer software, you can upload videos, pictures, and adjust playlists after connecting to the Internet, making the operation more convenient.

• Q8. Can I buy a small screen and expand it later by splicing it?

  Not recommended. Splicing expansion requires that the model and batch of the new screen and the old screen are exactly the same, otherwise there will be differences in brightness and color, which will affect the overall display effect. If there is a need for expansion in the future, it is recommended to plan the total size at the beginning and install it in stages (install half first and reserve the other half) to avoid splicing trouble later.

• Q9. I want to change the installation position of the display later. Is it easy to disassemble and assemble? Is it expensive?

  The difficulty and cost of disassembly and assembly depend on the installation method. The wall-mounted or bracket type is relatively convenient. If it is embedded (such as embedded in the wall of a building), disassembly and assembly will destroy the original structure, which is costly and difficult. You need to confirm the long-term installation location before purchasing to avoid later movement.
